Emanuel started in real estate in 2017 as an investor's agent; Elizabeth joined full-time in 2019 after leaving a career in teaching. Together they built We Heart Homes from the ground up — growing organically from friends and family into a full team — on the belief that agents should be coached toward their own goals, not managed toward someone else's.

Started in real estate in 2017 as an investor's agent, working with flippers and landlords, and closed 29 homes in his first year. Built We Heart Homes around one question: if he were starting out as an agent today, what kind of team would he want to join? He still works deals alongside his agents — helping them think through problems, not just close them.

Left a full-time teaching career in 2019 to take the leap into full time Real Estate with Emanuel (who did not hand her clients). She didn't start with a big sphere of influence — she had to learn to convert leads, cold calls, and strangers into clients. This experience in building a client base from the ground up allows her to teach other agents to do the same. She's always loved sales and always loved teaching; building a team lets her do both.
Agents should focus on thier clients and their business — systems support the details
